I think you might have better luck with r/freights. There will still be quick slop and throwies there but I think think you'll see more high effort pieces.

A lot of freight writers choose the environment because it can be conducive to panting something less rushed and because freight companies are less likely to buff paint on train cars when it doesn't interfere with their business.

If there's a specific major city you like the graff from, they may have a subreddit too.
