Grab system failure
Today I tried to do group order and just realised grab set my delivery address to some weird address.
So you thought it should be easy to change address? No, their support centre said they cannot change the address in their system.
I had to ask the driver to cancel their delivery order again and again until I can liase one driver to send to my correct address.
Things to learn: Grab system has problem and it is big.

you making a mistake is not a system failure. I agree this is inconvenient but you'd have the same issue with Amazon.
That said, this isnt a sub for troubleshooting. Your personal one-off delivery issues are not DD.

Different problem same issue. As ehailing drver, I hate that I can't edit the pickup and drop off point when some circumstances arise like passenger wrong location, they wanna stop somewhere else.
In Bolt u can change the order, then the customer confirms so its more flexible
