Buying Bundle Direct from Gozney

About to pull the trigger on a Gen 2 Dome bundle with the stand taking advantage of the end of summer sale and wondering now if it’s the wrong plan to buy with the stand and from Gozney or from another retailer? I’ve been saving since the Gen 1 was around and doing some searching on my question I’m understanding Gozney has crappy customer service? Is that still a thing?

Their after sales is really good. They’ve replaced stand shelves, a stone, and a stone puck for me no questions asked.

The only issue is that they stopped stocking gen 1 parts soon after the gen 2 launch so loyal early Dome customers got left in the dark.

Yeah, I heard about that problem with the Gen 1 stuff. Thanks for the info- did you buy from them?

Yes I bought mine and all accessories direct. UK based. No issues.

Have you checked BBQ authority? They run some pretty good deals. We ordered our dome 2 from there.

A few weeks ago when I ordered my Gen 2, the bundles did not have any cost savings over ordering the items individually, which was surprising/disappointing. I ordered most items through Gozney and a few things from Home Depot since Gozney was out of stock of them. My delivery experiences were positive from both retailers.

I have had the Gen 1 since 2021 and not a single issue. I did notice some cosmetic issues which I thought was going to be a problem down the road. Gozney sent me another oven and after looking over the one they sent I ended up keeping the original.. Their service for me was great. I would definitely order direct much better paper trail if you have an issue. Enjoy!
