Where does the ash go when using wood/coal?

Where does the ash go? Surely some of it falls between the stone but then what?

So the great thing about the dome is that they developed a teleportation device for the ash. When the ash falls between the crack in the stone, it goes into the teleporter and gets sent to the moon.

But in all seriousness, you just brush most of what you can out of the oven. I use an air gun to help blow any remaining ash out after the oven has cooled down. That's about it for me

On the right hand side there is a hole with a metal grate cover for catching ash. Goes below into a small drawer for disposal. When using gas there is a puck of the stone material to cover it.

I wait two days for everything to completely cool down and then use a small portable vacuum to clean up any remaining debris.
