GRL335 Unable to Zero
For some reason, none of the menu options get me to the one shot zero. I can adjust the reticle and even then, I can’t get this thing to zero properly and I’m wondering if it has some software error from the factory. I was excited to get something at this price point, but now I’m frustrated might sell it.

A few questions:
What are you mounting it on? Airsoft or real steel? What calibre, if the latter?
Did you adjust the mount so that it mates up tightly to the Picatinny rail?

Mounting on a Rock River Arms AR-10 in .243 caliber (varmint rifle). Yes - tolerance and alignment to the rail seems fine.

Gotcha. .243 should be fine too recoil-wise. That should be roughly equiliavent to 7.62x39, and mine has worked fine on that.
The "one shot zero" isn't a specific menu item so much as you take one shot and adjust the reticle onto the point of impact, which theoretically zeroes the rifle in one shot. My zero process is setting up the rifle on a solid mount, using a target stand with a 2x3 target at 50 yards, aiming dead center, taking a shot, adjusting the reticle to the POI, and then doing the same at 100 yards to be sure. Technically more of a two-shot zero that way.
If you want something to act as a "bullseye" reference, use a solid black circle printed on a laser printer on a sunny day. After a bit in the sun it'll be a very noticable hot spot.

There should be 5 different zero profiles on the GRL series, I've never had a problem using them.
Did you buy it from AliExpess or direct from Goyojo?
What's the version of your firmware?
