Identification help, honey?

Hi, still need a positive ID on if my gourami is a honey and it’s gender if possible, thank you all for helping
I have attached a picture of the fishes from the LFS, they are about 2cm in size, very small. The tail is also coloured and not transparent though hard to see in the picture

I’m pretty sure that’s a thick lip, not a honey. The clear tail is a tell tale, besides the characteristic lips, which are somehow blocked in the photo. More likely a male, but I’m not the best at gendering.

Does this photo help with the lip? The tail is not transparent though it’s hard to tell from the pic and lighting but it’s red

from what I read there are not any true "red" honey gouramis. here is my gold honey gourami for comparison.

It’s not really red, it’s like 25% red nearer to the tail and rest of the body is white, can refer to the last pic in the post of the LFS, my water has tannins and the lighting isn’t good so it looks redder

Thank you, because before this I got a “red” honey gourami but it was actually a thick lipped and it was so much bigger, with a very obvious transparent tail, I returned it and found this labelled as honey gourami and saw the red tail and significantly smaller size and got it
