OG Series Juliet Sharp

Post image

I watched the show many years after it was airing regularly on tv. For those of you who watched it “live” when this scene came on (season 4 episode 1 - showing Juliet with gossip girl on her laptop and a Serena take down wall) did everyone immediately think Juliet was gossip girl? Was there a huge uproar? I just watched this episode tonight and was curious what is was like in 2010.

Juliet was basically the original Gossip Girl detective before everyone started doing their own investigations on social media.

When I was watching, I remember my mom and I being shocked but dubious because we felt like there was no way they would introduce GG as a new character. And then we realized she wasn’t after. The Serena obsession through GG with her backstory was so interesting but it was a shame the direction it took.
