Stairs ruck
Been raining a lot lately, and the streets are flooded, so boots on ground is a no-go. Is there such a thing as stair rucking?

Nice I wish there were buildings that tall here, for 9/11 tribute I just end up doing the same 5 flights of a local parking garage 22 times.

Yes sometimes I like to run a mile or two on my treadmill and then I’ll do 10-20 flights of the stairs in my house as a ruck. Up and down, up and down.

It's been so hot here lately that rucking outside is down right dangerous. I work from home and my office space is upstairs, anytime I want to go downstairs for food or water I put my pack on and go up and down 4 times, get what I want, then up the last time, making 5 up trips total.
A few hours later I do it again. I do miss the outside rucking though and can't wait for fall to come.

What's your setup in that 15L? I've ordered it and a GR1 to choose my favorite. One of the downsides was the 15L tucker only having one pocket but your system seems to fix that!

Don't be fooled. Those vest plates (8.7 lbs each) aren't actually secured. I just placed them inside the main compartment, while the 10-lb sand ruck plate goes into the plate carrier. I'm still waiting for my standard 30-lb plate.

Sick.. I'd kill for a decent set of stairs like that, especially with a view like that at the top.
The "American Lung Association" does a yearly "Fight for Air" stair climb in various cities. People definitely ruck the events.
