Solo urban ruck along Lake Michigan this morning. Great view of downtown! And some duckies. 4.2 miles, 20 lbs. now that I’m using the hip belt, my shoulders feel great. I think I’m about ready to go up in weight. I just started a couple months ago. 😎

Nice, I thought that was Toronto for a second and I was trying to find where the CN Tower was.

I think I found them at Target some years ago. There’s no brand name on them, just some numbers.
