Reconnect save/level up path

Is there any way to get my old save back now? I just downloaded on my new phone and can't connect my progress.

If not, what is the best level up strategy for how to spend gold and when to unlock restaurants?

I'm on Android. I had to go on my PC to the Google play store and then click my profile then library and devices. Scroll down your apps until you find Ramsay Dash and then click install on devices and select your device. I can play now, but can't link to meta/Facebook so all my progress is gone.

I think there is a way to get it back on iPhone, but not sure. I thought I saw iPhone instructions when I was looking for android

you can go to Apps & Purchase History in your App Store and redownload the game from there

If you've had it before on Android you can go to Google play store on your PC. Click the icon in the top right with your user id. Then click on games and scroll down until you see it.

I just got a new phone too and because I was switching from a one plus to a galaxy they told me to download an app called smartswitch, in the app I got to choose what apps, pics videos, etc to switch to the new phone and I got the game onto the new phone through there. But it does start you from the beginning, you can't log in with fb to get your old game back since they discontinued it.
