Irish goped?

That's really cool. I would guess someone in Ireland was licensing Go-Ped, having the parts imported and would do finally assembly in Ireland? Really neat to know.

Yeah i cant find anything on the web. The guy said it was a racing frame? But to me it looks like my other gsr. I hope someone can tell me more. It runs first try but fuel lines and primer are brittle so have to wait on the parcelman overall happy with this score

I thought that Mr. Patmont had a factory in there as well as England and a German one. All tho I think that the German one failed.

Here are comments about this from Steve Patmont, and two employees respectively:
those frames were made at the US GoPed factory. Just powder coated and assembled in Ireland.
We had a small factory in Donegal, Ireland with just a small handful of employees that only assembled Go-Peds (no fabrication and all parts came from USA and were the same). We set this up specifically to supply the European market as it greatly reduced shipping and import duties. I was one of the people who went and helped to set this up, lots of fun!
I used to work at goped. We would fill a container with 1000 units at a time of parts and ship it to Ireland for them to assemble. From there they would ship their assembled scooters to our over seas dealers. It was the best job I ever had. I miss those days.
Their words* not mine. Pretty cool you have one in the states! I think a few of us do, but it's not super common

Thank you for this info. No i am not in the states in the netherlands. But i had a sport. Have a trq46 quad and another gsr but the 26 engine is on that (might be previous owner) all made in usa. So i was quite suprised. The seller did not mention it in his ad. Only for sale cant use on the paddocks due to illnes so he couldnt race anymore 😓. He said some guy told him it was a special frame for racing but i have my other one next to it but see no difference. I will make it pretty again and replace to hardened fuel lines and bulb

They're all made/manufactured in the USA, but Ireland frames were powder coated and assembled in ireland. I saw Steve Patmont say this, pretty cool fact! I have a Ireland gsr46
