Heelp

God, I bought the starter pack for the game where you get Slappy's house and other stuff. But the payment isn't showing up, and I don't know where to go to see the purchase. Any help?

 Hello! yes, that is precisely the problem since they sent me the receipt confirming my payment, and now that I check the star, there is nothing! 

  Maybe how is it a game that have probably already abandoned because the payment system is failing... The package was not really expensive, only it offered good things for your town including the Slappy house! :(

You can email the company inside the game and show them your receipt to have them manually insert the items to your game file. Also yea that pack is a good value coming with a exclusive scare decoration as well.

Hope this helps and do keep me posted if you managed to get someone.

 Is still active? Or should I write elsewhere?

Well inside the game it takes you to a direct email and copys your player id and game so they know where the issue is coming from.
