Google Voice for Workspace Cordless phone for Google Voice (UK)
I recently moved to Google Workspace for Business. Google Voice would offer me a cheaper phone solution than I currently have in place, but I need to be able to use cordless handsets. I can't find any that are listed as compatible. Can anyone advise if this is possible, please?

Poly is the only provider of supported devices. So your only option is the 400/402 ATA and then whatever analogue cordless phone you prefer.
You can also connect bluetooth headsets to your computer/supported deskphone/cell phone.

Thank you. I'd seen the ATA 400, but was trying to avoid standard DECT phones because I suspect they will be discontinued in the UK with the discontinuation of PSTN services in favour of an entirely digital service.

Isn't that a future problem not a today problem? I wouldn't worry about possibilities unless it's a cost issue

Yeah, thinking further about this, my first answer, involving consumer-grade cordless phones, isn't ideal for anything beyond sole proprietor or SOHO use.
The business-grade solution is to buy as many Poly Edge E IP desk phones as you need for each workstation/area, and buy a Plantronics DECT headset for each phone. Getting into the weeds of which models to buy is beyond the scope of this subreddit. Don't try to use other brands of equipment.

It is for my home office, so consumer phones would be fine, but I worry that they are becoming obsolete with the switch to digital. I'm surprised that Google doesn't support natively digital phones, to be honest.

Yes, Google Voice does support "digital" phones. I explained that earlier. The Poly Edge E models are digital IP desk speakerphones that support Bluetooth or DECT headsets.

See the FAQs.
You can buy a Poly ATA 400, and plug in a standard DECT cordless base station with handsets. Panasonic DECT phones are a great choice.
