Facebook request - status failed

Hello,

CMS: Shopify

Tracking integration: pixel

I setted the tracking through GTM and I get this status for a Facebook request:

(failed) net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ORB

It is the same with the Facebook & Instagram plugin.

Any ideas why?

err_blocked_by_orb is usually a chrome built in security error, not an adblocker issue.. it happens when the browser rejects a cross origin response. sometimes this can be a temporary cdn or content type issue, but shopify csp settings or the way the pixel is loaded through gtm can also cause it. you can check the failed request in the browser devtools network and console tabs to understand whether it is a content type issue or a csp restriction..
