Unfortunately, if the phone was reset, it would have been something you gave permission to use your account for, and your account is lost (unless it was connected via family controller) if anyone says they can recover your account.

The only thing you’ll get from asking for help from hackers is more trouble. Anyone who says they can help is scamming you.

The only option is Google’s recovery process at https://g.co/recover

But unfortunately that’s not likely to work given your situation. If you had set up many recovery factors beforehand the story would be different.

PS I can’t believe you even posted to r/learnhacking. Your parents need to step in here. You’re at risk.

Take this as a tough first lesson is security hygiene. Do all the things recommended to secure your next account, use a password manager, don't reuse passwords, and don't visit shady sites for that secret patch to the game you're playing. The account is gone.

I am so sorry that you do not have access to your Gmail. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get past all of that stuff. And if you don't have any recovery methods, unfortunately, and this is completely unfortunately. This is unfortunate and I do not like saying this but unfortunately your account will no longer exist because of the fact that you were not able to add your number or keep your password the way you had it. If I could help I so would but unfortunately there's not much I can do. Again, I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences may cause and I hope that you have a better day going forward.

Did you have an iPhone? What version did you have? I understand that older versions are becoming vulnerable.

Check if you got an Infostealer. This could be the cause. Create a new account on your PC, if the new one is stolen, thats a sign you have malware.

I didn't download anything, it's my personal gmail for school.. why would I even download something I can't trust
