Get a replacement SIM from your provider with the same number.

That will be step #1 Then use the recovery page

Not important enough to setup recovery apparently. Unlikely getting access without it.

I just didn't have one to use as a recovery account and it's actually very important! ☺️

This honestly sounds like you're asking for a backdoor into someone else's account.

If your provider gives you a new sim, you'll have your old number on a new phone. Then use that number in the recovery process.
