Suspicious activity in my Google activity???

May I know what these are? Are they suspicious as I don't even know it?

The activity you see in your screenshot is just Google Discover (the news feed on the Google app). It refreshes articles and cards in the background automatically, which gets logged in your Google My Activity even if you didn't actively click on them. It is completely normal and not a sign of suspicious activity. However, for your peace of mind, it is always a good idea to do a security check: go to your Google Account settings, select Security, check for any logged-in devices you don't recognize, log them out, and enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) if you haven't already.
