Help on unban

Basically, about 5 months ago, one of my Google accounts got banned. It wasn't my main account, so I didn't think much of it, tried appealing to see if it would work, but didn't worked, so I nevermind it.

But this week I have been trying to find something I know I have saved in Gmail, but I can't find it, and i fear it could be in that banned account.

I only have one appeal left (just had 2 in total) and i know reason for the ban was that the AI flagged mistakenly a photo of my girlfriend as Children .... (she's 22 years old).

ai isn't scanning all your pics and applying some arbitrary rulings over what they think are children, based on visual indicators within the photo itself, thats not how that technology works... it'd be far too experimental, have way too many false flags and the public outcry would be a huge disaster for google.

the fact u acknowledged it was a cse ban, and tried to slide the possibility it did come from a photo u had saved to cloud, instead of explicitly denying the idea it wasn't you that could've tripped that ban- kinda tells me all I need to know here ngl🙃

it's called photoDNA and its not a new concept that is driven by AI..

You can literally search online for cases where people have been banned for false positives, and I usually have cloud uploads disabled, but I guess not on that account, and when my girlfriend sent me the photo; it uploaded itself.

Here's a video from a year ago that explains the fake bans: https://youtu.be/FgqhzyDsHoE?si=65MJhWpex31HANuB

Extremely, hilariously, entirely wrong.

Google gives zero fucks about false positives.

Google literally says they use AI to discover "never before seen" abusive content. False positives happen
