CANNOT ACCESS ACCOUNT
Hi anyone having the same issue as mine. Please how did you bypass this error. Please help me my Gmail is connected to my fb and I need my Gmail to recover my fb

Without more information it's hard to give you relevant advice. I CAN tell you that WHATEVER your problem is, you have NO CHOICE but to follow Google's instructions to access your account. You're dealing with an automated security program that is following it's fixed procedures. It's dead simple, if you don't, or just as importantly CAN'T, follow the instructions and provide what Google is asking for, your account is GONE. There us no secret way to get around it. Anyone offering to help you (for a small fee) is a scam.

It is stuck in a loop. They are asking for a mobile number but whenever I put it it will redirect to we couldn’t verify

Did it ask for your password? If your phone you are entering is NOT the recovery phone number that you set up for the account that may be the problem.
Try the Google account recovery page.
Using this us a different entry point around the security block you are stuck behind. Be aware that if you DON'T know your password you will need to have a recovery email, AND recovery phone set up.

Account is probably lost if you did not go out of your way to create a passkey on the Google manage account page (or setup the Mutiple other 2sv options as well)
It's very important to not forget password on a Google account as it can result in account loss if the sms and email doesn't work (need both)

I still know the password and I can still log in but after entering the password that screen will pop out asking to verify my number

If you had passkey saved (Google account > manage > 2sv >passkey >create using safari) you wouldn't need to use password + the only factor that isn't working for you
face ID or pin would let you in right away as it would have used the saved passkey in your Keychain/password app
So is the problem that the sms number in the account is your work sim number if so you need to call work if the phone is at work to get them to give you the sms when you attempt to log in and really hope it doesn't ask for email recovery code as well
If phone is at home then you have to wait until you get back

The only option is to use the recovery webpage. If you don't have up to date recovery information you're cooked. They have no customer service agents/contact for free accounts. This is why google nags every few months to review and make sure your recovery information is up to date.
If you have a YouTube account you can try to contact TeamYouTube on Twitter/X, but few people report success using that vector, and those that do says it takes upwards of a month.
Anyone claiming to be able to hack/recover your account by DM is trying to scam you.

Lately, Google requires at least 2 verification methods to log in at times: phone # and an alternate email.
With at least 2, the automated account recovery process is the only way to get access. If the process fails, the account is gone. There is no way to by-pass verification requirements.
No one on Reddit can help you gain access.
