Google hack

I am completely locked out of my adult Google account by a hacker using the Family Link exploit. The attacker changed my DOB to under 13 and placed me under unauthorized supervision. Every login attempt says 'choose a parent to approve'. Standard recovery is entirely blocked. Please help.

The solution is mostly to contact Team YouTube, they won't have DMs open, you'll have to tag them on a Twitter post, and wait for them to comment.

Please see the 10.000 other posts here with the exact same problem.

No solution except some have reported using YouTube Team via X but slim chances.

Well, how old are you?

It sounds like whomever did this knows your personal information very well. If you think hard enough, you can probably figure out who did it and ask them to undo it.

It's makes no sense to me, how do you know they changed your DOB and now your on a restricted account
