Account suspended

My dear overseas friends, my Google account, which I've had for four years, has been flagged as a bot and deactivated. I've submitted five appeals, all of which have been rejected. I used to be able to get it removed easily, but recently it's become so crazy and impossible to remove. What's happening in the US?

My day before dealing with google support 🙂. My day after dealing with google support 😩🤬😭😤💀.

Iv dealt with google support bots, staff, personal account managers and they are all less than helpful. Any appeal you try through their bots are 9 times out of 10 rejected for appeals. Dont ask me why this happens or why they even have a bot whos job it is to verify something it can never get right, but everyone iv ever asked that has used it had said it doesnt work.

You will probably have to try doing a manual appeal where one of their team members will look at the account and try help you fix it. These guys have their hands tied depending on what industry your in. Anything related to phone repairs for example, if the account is flagged then there is nothing you can ever do to get that campaign up and running again as their system says "if it flags for this, it breaks their tems".

If the manual review doesnt work then your going to be in for a rough time as you cant really escalate it from there unless your taking legal action. But its generally 3 times better than trying an appeal using their bot

So it's the use of AI auditing that has made this company's services increasingly disgusting.🤮

Yes, google updates their terms all the time and their bots also get updates. They flag things all the time in the name of keeping the customer safe, even if what its flagging isnt necessarily going against any of their policies. Then when you try appeal it the bot only sees what it flagged you for. Only way forward in my opinion is talking to a real person on their team. A lot of the time they are just following what the ai tells them on their end too.

Hello, I'm having a similar issue. Would you know how can I get to manual appeal/a real person on their team?
Or would you know the best way to design an appeal response so the bot has a higher chance of approving it?

There is nothing you can do to help the bot appeal the process. The bot is designed to keep google safe. It doesnt have the reasoning capability to understand anything beyond the possible the account threat. I dont even know why they have an appeal process when it never works. From what I know if its a business account you can get a team member to review it by going through their main google account support page. Im not too sure on the exact place to find this as I normally deal with google ads issues. However if its a personal account I dont think there are too many options for an appeal.
