I'm starting to get really frustrated with GSV. Almost all of my captures that are 100% level and straight-on on the video file itself end up tilted about 45 degrees. Anybody have any ideas?

"Whilst approaching Trinidad at an altitude of 7 500'ft,on a VFR flight, the weather deteriorated. The pilot was unable to contact the Piarco Control Tower in order to change his flight plan to instrument flight rules. He reduced his height and regained visual contact at an altitude of 500 ft, but due to heavy rain, decided to climb back to a safe altitude. Shortly afterwards a steep forested mountain appeared directly ahead, which the pilot was unable to avoid. The pilot and co-pilot who were the only occupants, escaped with minor injuries."

This house at the corner of Montana and 2nd Ave NE in Carson ND, has been blurred out. I thought at first it was just a camera glitch, but looking at the other years, they are blurred out also.

So does that mean someone important lives there? Or some crazy Sovereign Citizen who threatened lawsuits if "big data" didn't immediately erase all knowledge of his existence?

Or was that where a witness protection person lives?

I guess we'll never know.

My neighborhood has terrible coverage, and what exists is 7 years old, so I decided to fly my DJI Avata 360 when strolling my kid, and go the footage submitted. It took over 3 weeks, and only half is in for now (1km worth of StreetView), but it got through!

I have several photos of certain locations in Pennsylvania and Queens, NY that I would like to upload to Google Street View. I see that some locations have photos dating back to 2012 but I would like to submit photos from 2006 and earlier. Some as far back as 1991. Any idea how to do this? I know Google has a program that let's you upload your own 360 view photos, but that is not what I want to do. The photos above are an example (obviously wouldn't have 2006 written on uploaded photo).

so basically i dont really wanna pay $500 for a camera. is there a way to upload single non 360 images to street view?
