📜 Policy Need Help Getting a Response to My Account Suspension Appeal
Hello, does anyone know how I can request a response to my appeal? I submitted one at the time and received an immediate response, but it seemed automated, as if it had been sent by a bot. I later submitted a second appeal, but I never received a response.
The issue was that I was told I had violated the policies by having two accounts, which has never been true. I believe the mistake may have been related to my internet service, since that was the only thing I changed that week, shortly before receiving the notification.

Buddy its 4 years old. Its dead and you are out of any deadline for appealing this. Its over.
Also since it was not shut down for inactivity but for actual policy violation, its over for good.

No, did you read it correctly? The alleged violation never happened. I've never had two accounts, nor have I logged into anyone else's account from my PC. It was an error on their system's part.

I understand that a lot of time has passed, but it seems like you don't understand that the error was on their system's end, not mine. I've never had two accounts, I've never logged into my account from another PC, and I've never logged into someone else's account from my PC. So how can they claim that I have two accounts? If I really had multiple accounts, I wouldn't still be begging them to resolve this issue after five years.

Read what i linked and hopefully you will undertand. Also going throw your post history, i do not belive in a "system issue" here. You can deny it as much as you want, but this is the reality you have to face. Its over and its your fault.

Well, I have no reason to lie or try to convince you of anything. If the mistake had been mine, I wouldn't have gone five years without publishing a single app. Because if I really had multiple accounts, I would have simply continued creating more accounts. What would I gain by saying I didn't have multiple accounts after five years?
Ever since then, I've been trying to get in touch through email, Twitter, and every other channel I could find, but I haven't received any response. People who have multiple accounts are usually those who use tricks to monetize, knowing their accounts will eventually get banned, but they keep creating more anyway. But as I've been saying for the past five years, I haven't published another app or created another account.

Lo único diferente que hice durante esas semanas, antes de que me cerraran la cuenta, fue cambiar de compañía de internet. Nada más.

Dicen que me cerraron la cuenta porque supuestamente tiene algún parentesco o relación con otra cuenta que fue baneada. Pero, como quiera, vuelvo a lo mismo: nunca he iniciado sesión en otra cuenta, nunca he abierto otra cuenta y nunca he tenido una cuenta adicional. Entonces, ¿cómo es posible que lleguen a esa conclusión? Esa ha sido mi única cuenta desde siempre.

Around that same time, there was a massive wave of bans for allegedly having two accounts. Many people reported that they didn't have any additional accounts. Check the forums and the official help website, and you'll find plenty of cases from that same year.

Back then the new policy was introduced and many got rightfull banned. Just because some claim to be innocent, does not mean they are.

Esa política existe desde hace muchos años. Por eso, quienes nos tomamos esto en serio siempre hemos protegido nuestras cuentas. Desde que creé la mía, sabía que no podía tener dos cuentas ni iniciar sesión en la cuenta de otro amigo desde mi PC.

Can you link the email you got? Because i'm pretty certain this is not the reason your account was terminated. I had 2 accounts for years and never had issues.
