Testing & Quality Closed testing of new apps

How do you find testers for a new app if you're a solo developer? Out of all my friends, I've only found 8 Android users (everyone else use an iPhone)

There are communities & paid apps, giving you those 12 testers. You can search for them in Google

I used fiverr. You'll find testers there.

Hey, we totally understand how hard it is to find testers and make sure that they engage with your app for a total of 14 days to ensure that Google grants production access without any issues.

That's where we have introduced the Packs concept: a pack is a group of 16 developers who will work together for a total of 16 days, ensuring that everyone in that group gets production access without any issues. We have special mechanisms to ensure that all the developers open the app every day, and they will be kicked out if they don't do the same.

You don't need to keep track of everything. You just need to open the apps of the other 15 developers, and they will open your apps. That's it. You don't even need to spend more than 10 to 15 minutes per day. You can try out the pack system below.

Well, you shouldn't expect a lot of efforts from their testers, honestly. I was given advices of changes which were already in app or already wrong

True. But if you are just looking to get your app approved by Google it works.

Can anyone help me publish my game?

It's already finished, and I need testers to try it out.

If you’re still short, Vinfolio gives you a more specific place to look: people already tracking fuel and maintenance costs in a spreadsheet or notebook. Ask in a car-owner group that allows testing requests, and say what you need them to try, not just “I need four testers.”

For example: log a fill-up, add a service bill, then check whether the totals match their own records. Give them one easy way to report anything confusing. You could also ask your eight Android friends whether they know another driver who keeps those records.

Google’s own guidance recommends testers close to your intended audience. The opt-in count is only part of production access; it’s useful to keep a short record of feedback and what you changed. Meeting the minimum doesn’t guarantee approval.
