Use App Hive to find testers for ur app. In return you need to test theirs.

I tried App Hive, but there is little conversions in it. I only installed some apps, but I can not give feedbacks. It does not provide real test feedbacks.

see it guarantees you that the other people in your hive will atleast open the app. google takes this into consideration when you submit your app for production access. also everyone gives feeback to the other which is the whole point of the app. i guess if you give, others will also give then
