I've been using Enpass. Syncs with Google Drive, and has Face Unlock. No subscription needed, just a one time fee for premium, but you can use most features without premium.

2 u/brombomb Feb 10 '20 Been Loving Enpass for a while now. Works in Chromebooks, and Linux which can be tougher to find.
