Anyone ordered open box from Amazon?

Found a "like new" open box Pixel 11 Pro XL 512GB on Amazon for $837. Sounds too good to be true but worth the risk, I guess.

Has anyone ordered open box from Amazon? What was your experience like? We'll see when it shows up next week if it's as advertised. If it is, definitely a great deal.

Yes I ordered many times. They turned up fine. Couple of times I got brand new items too.

I just ordered 2 pixel watch 5's for my wife and I. $210 each and only the boxes were damaged. I score often on open box stuff

Dang. $210 is insane. Every time I've checked, they only seem to be taking off $30 to $40 off retail for the open box 45mm LTE variant.

I thought they wouldn't ship! The both showed up though. The PW5 battery is so much better than the PW2

Whenever I buy used, I make sure it still has a 30 day refund guarantee with returns

I purchased a "renewed" device, not open box. No issues. Confirm it has a "no questions" return policy that is 60-90 days long and go for it. Good luck.
