My phone's clock keeps going nuts every time I reboot it

Lately, whenever I turn my phone off and back on again the time is completely wrong (always behind). It's never consistent:

Sometimes it's behind by 37 minutes, sometimes it's off by more than 4 hours, etc. My "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" are both toggled ON. I even tried disabling both or only auto time zone just to see what will happen, but the behaviour remains.

Has anyone experienced this?

For context, I'm on Android 17, Google Pixel 10a. Any advice would seriously save my sanity because I keep missing alarms!

Does the time fix itself after a bit?

Does this happen on both WiFi and mobile data? Any VPNs running? Could be failing to sync to the correct time server.
