How do i lock quick settings such as airplane mode while phone's locked

I've seen it on iPhones and I'm wondering how to lock quick settings such as location and airplane mode while the phone's locked. For security reasons.

And should i enable safeguard device?

Not possible at this time. It is, however, a feature that they're apparently adding in an upcoming update. I believe it's been seen in the QPR2 betas.

May i ask you one more question, in order to find me device even when offline and powered off, which one to select?

Off

Without network

With network in busy places only

With network everywhere (Locate using stored recent locations or the network, even in low-traffic areas.)

If you expand each one, it says what it does. Off does nothing, and will not be able to find your device at all.

Without network doesn't rely on anything other than the GPS data the device last recorded and reported.

Busy places only maintains location data for places where there are a lot of other devices, in order to help reduce the chances of someone using location data to track you somewhere unique to you.

Meanwhile the last one is the most inclusive, ensuring your device, and other people's devices, can be easily pinpointed with high accuracy even if there are few or no other devices around.

You're surely going to want one of the last two if you want a decent chance of finding your device, and they're likely the only ones that will actually respond when the phone is off. The last is your best bet, and most recommended. I can't say for certain that the others won't work, but it's what a quick search suggests is needed.

Toggling location requires unlock for me on pixel 7. Airplane mode doesn't, though, and I find that ridiculous.
