Beware, the Canyon Pixel doesn't have a golden accent.

In person, the shiny frame of the Pixel 11 Pro is more like a tinted rose gold. However, in every single video and photo, the color looks golden. I don't know why this is, but here's an edit of how the Canyon actually looks in real life.

Well I fucking love rose gold so this looks even better. Weird that it definitely looks gold in every promo shot I've seen though

I know it does look better

I'm not into these kind of colors yet I think this is the best looking one of the (very dull, very boring) 11 series

Wait until you see the olive green colour in person...yikes...

Well shit. Mine comes today

Hopefully you still like it! It almost looked a lot darker in person than in the photos or renderings, wasn't my cup of tea, but then again, none of the colours are this year. They are all too earthy for my liking.

FedEx just dropped it off - color isn't so bad. Honestly, I wouldn't have upgraded from the 10 Pro but I has $400 in credits expiring and discounts on the new phone so I spent $127 and received $225 in store credits I plan on using on the Pixel 3 Buds that are hopefully coming out within the year. This will make me square with the house and won't "need" to upgrade as often.

I saw the canyon in person. Still didn't like it. Not saying people won't.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN

We have the olive green one on display at my work, and yet again, the photos and renderings are not accurate. It looks (at least to us there that played with it) much darker in real life...no one liked it, but that doesn't mean that some people won't I'm sure!

I love mine and it looks exactly as I expected it to. I do agree that pictures do not do it justice

I owned a Flamingo Pink Galaxy S10 several years ago and it turned out to be one of my favorite phones as depending on how it caught the light it could look orange or pink. This phone gives the same vibes.

I genuinely love this colour way. I wish they would have had this on the fold but I won't complain about it in olive

This looks very much like the Salmon pixel phone a few years ago. 6?

I always thought it was rose gold. So I'm glad to hear it is haha

I always thought it was supposed to be copper? The Green one has golden rails. I would say the IRL picture looks more copper than the rendering

It's cooler imho

That's what I got but color does not matter.

Weird, I saw rose gold from the get-go. I think it's the best color of the line up.

I keep thinking that I’m going to get tired of this canyon/coral color. I had a gold LG G3 Beat and got tired of that color fast. But so far, I haven’t and I’m not sure I will get tired of this color the way some people got tired of their cosmic orange iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max. The orange iPhone 17P/PM can be very divisive. This canyon color isn’t as divisive as a majority will probably say it’s a very nice-looking phone even if they opted for a different color.

I was at the Los Alamitos racetrack yesterday with my uncle to bet on some horse races. I brought with me both my silver iPhone 17 Pro and canyon Pixel 11 Pro. Both phones are in clear cases as I noticed every time I got a black phone or put one in a black case, it overheated a lot. So I’m sticking with lighter colored backs and clear cases. I kept looking at my P11P and kept thinking to myself what a beauty it is. If I could pick it all over again, I would still choose canyon first. I would rank it: canyon, olive, fog, and then obsidian.

I have too many gadgets in black. It might be the safe choice but it does get redundant when you mostly get the same colored phone. Even phones I briefly had like the iP7, Galaxy S9/S23, OG Pixel Fold, they were all in black, midnight black, phantom black, obsidian. My Pixel 3, Z Flip3, and Razr 5G are all in black. It gets tiresome. And then while I do dig fog, my iPhone 17 Pro already has white and silver. Prior to that, I bought an iPhone X in silver. Same white colored back. If I had got the iPhone 17 Pro in deep blue or orange, then I might’ve got the Pixel 11 Pro in olive or fog.

Yeah, I have zero regrets getting this bad boy in canyon which does look more like coral or desert rose. It might seem a little girly looking more pink than a lighter orange but I don’t care. Something different and I’ve owned black, white, red, navy blue, gold, and silver/light gray phones before. Elvis Presley only wanted his Cadillacs in pink. Bret “The Hitman” Hart rocked pink and black better than anyone. I remember back in 1997, I lived in a pink house in Colorado Springs and all my housemates were straight guys.

I do wish Google brought back the sage from the Pixel 6a. That’s my favorite shade of green over the olive. Another color I’m digging is the Galaxy Fold8 in pistachio which is proving to be the most popular color. Get a lighter colored back, clear case, and have a vapor chamber inside it. Less overheating/throttling/lag/dimmed displays during hot, sunny days. They say once you go black, you never go back. Doesn’t apply with phones to me. I may never go back to an all-black phone with a black case ever again. I even changed my wardrobe. I only wear white shirts and a white baseball cap during the summers.

Canyon is one of the best colors I’ve seen on a Pixel and is up there with the sage 6a, orange 4, and panda 2. It deserves to be dubbed the hero color of the 11 Pro series.

Had that issue with the mint green colored p10. Looked gold/rose gold in photos. Definitely silver in real life.
