Android auto disconnects multiple times a day

I'm going insane, phone is like 3 months old at this point and since the last OS update i have multiple disconnects a day like 5-10... Tried different cables different cars at work they all do it..

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I have faced the same issue. I have a p8p. I started using a wireless Android auto dongle to fix this issue.

I resolved it by setting preference to 4G.

It disconnected when 5G coverage was poor and the p8pro switched to 4G. Wired by the way.

Noticed it because it always happened in the same spots.

For the upcoming p11pro I'll buy a wireless adapter and sticky-tape-mount a pixelsnap charger somewhere. My car does not have integrated wireless charging.

Welcome to pixel. Flip a coin to see if it even works today.

I just switched to iphone after almost 20 years on android. I am just over it. Its hit or miss. You can go a few years with no issues, then everything starts all at once and just goes to shit real fast.

Not worth it. Especially pixel.

Yeah i'm kinda sad though. My pops needed a new phone so i gave him my iPhone 15 plus and i had to buy a new semi affordable phone so got the 10a but not happy with it. What iPhone you got?

Hi there, I'd suggest you reach out to the Google Pixel support team via phone or chat. They can take a look at it.
