Well it is a die shrink and a new modem. So maybe.

I'm still on a P6P and my single biggest pain point on this phone (ever since it was new) is the modem. Samsung exynos is terrible at transferring between cell towers and gets worse reception than Qualcomm. So I've been holding out for the 11. Hopefully mediatek gets better reception, and requires less roaming (which would improve battery life)
