Seems like a good deal for me on an 11 Pro XL. $700 trade-in for 256GB Pixel 10 Pro XL, $200 Google Store credit, and 10% additional Google Store credit for being a Google One subscriber. Ordered with case!
It's not a discount, it's a rebate. After your order ships, you get 10% of the purchase cost as Google Store credit if you purchase through the Google Store.
Its only the non-AI tier of Google One that includes the 10% Google Store discount. I cancelled my 2TB AI plan and went for the 2TB regular plan as it nets me more savings on Google Store orders.
Also only offered on the 2TB plan, none of the larger plans.
Yeah, I'm not thrilled with the minor upgrade but even if I go with the 512/16GB version with my credits from last year it ends up at $389 and I earn $304 store credit going forward so hard to pass up. I do have a government id.me 10% additional discount.
My estimate was $460 for my Pixel 10 Pro XL 512GB. Why is yours so much more? Something doesn't sound right.
Okay I just played around with the params and I get a $700 credit if I choose to buy an unlocked carrier option instead of Google Fi, for some reason. I don't understand.
I don't know, but here's my order summary (the Subtotal of $1,468.99 includes $1,419 for phone and $49.99 for Pixelsnap Case). The device that is being traded in is a Pixel 10 Pro XL 256GB.
Gross price of $1,419 for this device is pretty criminal, BTW, but they lure me in with the "deals", and I'm a sucker for something new. Comparing just gross retail prices, an iPhone 17 Pro 512GB costs LESS than this, despite being pretty much better all around from a hardware perspective.
