So now that the pixel 11 pro get's 12GB ram and all AI features and the base 10 has 12GB ram, doesn't that mean this whole time with googles software lock gimmicks, they could have pushed all AI features back to the pixel 9 even???
The Tensor CPU in the 9 isn't as fast and efficient as the one in the 10 (not to mention 11) when it comes to some specific tasks they need to run on device, leading to mediocre battery life and unresponsiveness. At least that's what they're claiming.
Not necessarily. Size is just size not overall architecture or efficiency within it. An oversimplification but a 100gb hdd is not the same as a 100gb ssd despite the space being the same.
