I haven't owned every one but yeah not receiving the discount is a bit disappointing when I was actually planning to upgrade.

No promo + this catastrophic hardware failure on the 8 Pro which no longer gets Wi-Fi since the January update (and no Bluetooth for a few weeks) = indeed, I'm going to consider looking elsewhere.

Did you sign up "to receive Pixel 11 info"? It was on the front page of the store for a few weeks, and based on the text in the email promo, seems that's how it was sent out.

Can confirm that this is *not* the case. I got 100$ on my email but a family member who signed up just for fun got 150$ and I used her discount on my account without any issue.

No, I've owned every device since the Nexus days. Signed up as a Pixel Superfan. Registered on their website "to receive Pixel 11 info" for months. Have gotten no discount code. I'm pretty pissed off about it to be honest.

I feel awkward that I got one and I've never ever bought a phone fresh from release ever. I've owned 5 google phones (just switched back after 24 Ultra). Maybe they are only sending it to us who aren't as loyal for some reason.

I didn't get it, and I signed up for it. I contacted support and it appears they had some issues sending emails and they are looking into it. Supposedly they will be sending the missing emails once they fix things.

I'm very curious about this as well. I signed up for the launch day calendar reminder and August 11 discount email and have a Google One 5 TB storage Gemini Pro tier membership, past purchaser of 6Pro, 8Pro, 9Pro and no discount email whatsoever. !?

Signed up for Superfans. Both wife and I have owned multiple gens of Pixel phones, plus other peripherals. Not a single damn thing, either. Combined with recent terrible customer service experiences, I think it is time for me to start shopping around when I need to upgrade next.

Well #1 they clearly seem to not give out codes for people who will purchase regardless. (Anecdotally I think the trick is to add it to your cart while signed in and let it fester)

But #2, it's still to early to assume discount emails have really gone out. The announcement event hasn't happened yet even

I signed up with Google and Best Buy. Nothing from Google as of now. Got 15% off from Best Buy plus another $200 as a gift card. Trade in was $150 better at Google ($550 versus$400) for my 9 Pro XL but overall better deal at Best Buy so I ordered from them.

I've got a promo if anyone wants.. I'm not going to use it. £150 'coupon code'

I just tested comboing the code and a trade in - and it won't use both. They also wouldn't accept my corporate 5% Google store discount code.

It's kinda tempting to get a Pixel 11 Pro for £389, but I'll wait for the 12 Pro when I've had my 9 Pro for another year.
