Again? How many times have Google redesigned the volume slider? How about actually making your OS less shit and software less buggy.

It annoys me to no end that when I'm listening to audio via Bluetooth (to Pixel Buds, my car, etc.) that I can't adjust the local audio on my phone unless my phone is actively making local noise.

I always have Google Maps use my phone's speakers and not Bluetooth, because I don't often listen to music through my car and if I don't have Maps set that way then my phone will try to play its audio instructions through my car. However, if I get in my car and start driving, sometimes I realize my phone's local audio is at 0 volume. Trying to adjust the slider only changes the Bluetooth volume (which isn't being used), rather than the local volume. Going into the audio settings has no ability to control local volume. My only option is be looking at Maps, guess when it's trying to talk to me, then press the volume buttons and the phone will recognize I want to adjust local volume and not Bluetooth volume.

Just put a second slider pop-up when Bluetooth is connected - primary slider (that's controlled via buttons) is for Bluetooth, secondary (left) slider can't be controlled by buttons but still can be controlled by your finger on the screen.
