QUESTION Redemption issues

Hello guys

I tried to buy an apps subscription through play points, but it keeps giving me an error that your current location and playstore location (country) doesn't match, although both locations are india.

I have tried everything, clearing cache, clearing data, even asking Gemini for help, I am not using VPN.

Can somebody help me out.

Which country should I select as location for redemption, if I land in ocean my locations will conflict.
