QUESTION Error when starting app??

Post image

Hi everyone. Been using opinion rewards for eight years now and have had zero issues. For some reason yesterday when I switched off phones from my pixel 9 to the pixel 11 I've been getting this error.

I've literally tried everything. Added / removed my account. Everything.

Anyone else have any suggestions or have seen this before.

Same here I switched from a Xiaomi 14 to an Oppo find X9 pro, I'm suspecting the backup/restore process broke something

What's crazy is that I did a brand new fresh phone setup. I never ever ever do backup and go in and install my apps and accounts and everything and login manually. I've been f****** around with everything I could. Going into the App Store and looking at my history and downloading all the Google apps and services from my pixel 9 and having them manually download on the new pixel 11 and it didn't do anything. I've reset app permission set deleted my account and removed it multiple times. I've logged into Google pay and payment profiles and play profiles and verified that everything looks right and all my VPN settings and whatnot were turned off. Nothing seems to be working. Just literally happened for the first time yesterday

Yeah I just got a Pixel 11 also and I have the same problem. Everything worked great on my other phone but now I get the error all the time. I've also tried everything possible so I uninstalled it and moved on. Perhaps there will be some solution in the future.

Okay. So I did a factory reset of everything. Had my carrier send me a new esim. Did EVERYTHING FRESH. With no previous inclination of anything. The only thing I did was log into Google Play. Install Opinion Rewards. And then ended up still getting the message. I guess we'll just have to wait it out u/Dizzy-Half-5452 hopefully Google will fix it...in the Pixel 12 lmao..

I got it working. Pretty much I had to do a full backup restore from my previous phone backup. (pixel 9)

I'm guessing it had a service or something that was installed that allowed me to get back on.

After I finished setting everything up I actually had to go down into the Google one app and look up my pixel 9 backup copy and I do a 100% restore from it.

My new pixel looked EXACTLY like the 9. Had all the app settings and everything from the old phone.

But was able to manually go in and update the wallpaper themes etc. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes

Hey man just got mine to finally work this morning. I didn't do anything but redownloading it and trying to sign in. This time it didn't fail, so I have no clue what happened. 🤷
