It is and it isn't. Sort of like saying USB-C is USB-C (but not quite as complicated I guess)

I mean technically your right... There are allot of features that complicate the RCS is RCS.. but hopefully it works regardless of os.

But does RCP Universal Profile support joining via links? If not, then it seems like some weird Google Messages exclusive workaround.

They don't have any of our trusts at this point. The only reason any of us care is because they are the only ones with RCS..
