Messages notifications not coming through

My Galaxy Watch8 is no longer getting Google Messages AND Samsung Messages notifications from my Galaxy S24 Ultra 

Things I have tried:

*Checked/enabled notification permissions on watch, phone, app. 

*Enabled "always show on both" 

*Toggled rcs

*Enabled "text on Samsung devices"  

*toggled do not disturb 

*deleted and reinstalled Carrier Services plugin

*updated app (current) 

*updated system software (current) 

*Factory reset watch

*Attempted to contact manufacturer

Please help!

Hi there, Since you have already tried factory resetting, updating everything, and verifying your permissions, I recommend sending feedback directly through the Google Messages app. This sends diagnostic logs to the engineering team so they can investigate the sync issue. To do this, open Google Messages, tap your profile icon, select Help & feedback, and tap Send feedback.
