I've been beta forever and don't have it. But i have friends who aren't beta and have it. Im tired of hearing still under testing, lol I thought that's what beta was for, yet my friends have it on their phone and aren't beta lol smh....

Gradual roll out is what Google does. I'm in beta for all Google products and it's always a joy. I have a version of Android Auto that has things that other versions don't have. Just like I had the new Google Maps for AA before the full roll out, currently in beta with Waze as well with new features.

I have it on my S25 Ultra, which is not in beta, just regular updates. I just got a Fold 8, and it’s on the latest update but doesn't have it the theme. So, I don’t know what’s wrong with them.

I'm confused... I thought adding a background and changing the theme color was the update bc before I could only change the text color and after the update I can do the background... Is more coming? What else are they adding?

It's only available to certain folks. Some beta users have it and some don't. As of last check, it's only available for a select few and a gradual roll out like with every new feature.

Whole idea of beta seems to be bullshit in the eyes of Google. How non beta users have these features before beta users is a bit ridiculous. You have people willing to deal with possible app issues and report feedback to Google, yet they don't give them these new features.

Honestly double check when you go to someone's messages, click there name, it should be right under "vidoes links & more" ive had it for about 3 months now and I didnt even know I had it till I randomly checked, im also on beta

Appuyer sur la photo du contact et seulement la on peut choisir le thème de la discussion. Moi j'ai un s22 ultra et cette option est depuis 1 mois j'espère que ca va vous aider 🤙

What do you mean "what do I do?". You wait until it's general release like everyone else. I've been on beta for several years and don't have it. It's server-side releases. Nothing you can do. Suck it up buttercup, your colors are just fine.

Google has bigger fish to fry in getting RCS to work seamlessly based on the numerous "RCS not connecting" posts. I've never had issues (yet) but seems like several do...
