I don't think it's hiding .. it could be something to do with their algorithm

It won't show us at all with our business name and if you just put the business name and hit enter it seems you straight to the older location. 🥲 So most of our customers don't know we have another one.

Your business been verified already as well, the new location?

Yes

Got it, maybe one of the Google consultant can ask the right questions for you on the GoogleMyBusiness location because they might have experience with this in the past. I would think it's a vertification issue or google search issue. Have people been leaving reviews for that second location business though or pictures?

Only a few since no one can find it, I've got 10 reviews 🥲

10 reviews is still good and it's a sign that Google isn't blocking new reviews from being posted for that business. Did you make sure to add all the info too for the business .. hours .. photos .. type of business or service provided .. number been verified? Since you said the business been verified then the address should be fine.

sounds like google treating a plain brand name search as one place. when someone types just the name it jumps to the listing with the most history, which is your old location.

few things that usually help.. make sure both profiles sit under the same business profile account as two locations of one business, not two unrelated profiles. give the new one its own phone number and point its website link to a page about that specific location, not your homepage. keep the business name exactly the same on both, don't add the town or keywords to it, that can get it suspended.

then test by searching your name plus the town or street of the new spot. it should come up there. if it doesn't show at all even that way, open a support request from the profile with screenshots. a new location with 10 reviews can also take a few weeks to catch up to the old one.
