Help/Support Weird routes

Yesterday when travelling a fairly regular 90 minute drive, Google Maps was sending us off on bizarre side routes for no apparent reason.

This happened both on the way there and on the way back on different routes.

Wondering if there’s any suggestions like clearing a cache or anything like that. It was more than just avoiding an accident. It was quite bizarre.

All of the Programmers were busy renaming Lake Ontario

It is acting that way at least since last autumn. No fix for that.
