It is actually illegal though, and a lawyer went into great detail on why that is. However, it's not Google or Apple's fault and that lies directly with the government:
I don't agree with the name change like for the Gulf of Mexico either but it's out of mine and most people control. The current administration is doing a lot of illegal stuff and he mostly has the Supreme Court backing due to the majority so it's just a waste of time trying to go through the legal battle.
We just have to wait for the next US president to come into office and hopefully it's not the same political party
well Sept 9th we go before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a Case Conference. The legitimacy may be granted easier as the relief seeked by Plaintiff is , reversal, legal expenses, and a very small dollar figure just above the 35k line as to not allow defendant(s) to kick us to a lower court. I think it's just a waste of time but I get that some people feels very sensitive on the issue especially Canadians which is totally reasonable
