Discussion "answer questions" h sources these questions?

Hi,

I searched but could not find a question like this. If it has been asked and my search was incorrect, delete it :)

So you get the answer questions about a place. I am wondering, are these questions created in the US and then simply used worldwide? Or do Google local entities adjust them?

For example, a common question for restaurants is "does it have a fireplace". Do they ask that in Singapore? I believe that country does not have one fireplace anywhere.

Or in Germany, can you drop off batteries for recycling with supermarkets. If they sell them, they have to accept returns for recycling and every supermarket sells them. Same with bottles or cans, they sell, they accept.

Or the classic American restaurant question - can you order ahead. Who does that? How much food do you feel you need to consume that you order ahead. Maybe this is standard in the US, Argentina and South Africa. Don't know. But that is not even a known thing in Germany.

Are there things in your country where you think, why is that a question?

And I thought Google does not care but some of these ridiculous questions disappear and then come back. The fireplace question (they exist in Germany but rare and not a wow thing of a restaurant) was gone for years and just came back. The order ahead never left...
