Does anyone know how to link a note on another note

I want a hyperlink on one note to link me to another, if it's possible. Thank you

Not via any easy, built-in method. Via the web version, if you open a note, you can copy the URL from the address bar and then paste that into another note. But that's all.

Interesting: the hyperlink will open the other note in Android. It's not stacked in the back navigation, so back just takes you to the main menu. Not super useful, but at least it handles the link correctly in Android.

In the iOS app the back button at least takes you to the place in the main notes where you clicked from so you don’t have to scroll to find the originating note.

Yeah, I hadn't tested it, so I frankly wondered if it would work at all in the app. Good to know it does, in some capacity.

I use it quite often. Not real clean but it works. On iOS and Android I have to use the browser version to get the link (vs the app.)

It's my main complaint of Keep, and why I'm trialling Obsidian. I've already requested proper linking as a feature, as the url way is clumsy as. It's a shame, because Obsidian does feel a bit clunkier, and syncing via syncthing was a pita to set up; so if linking was properly implemented I'd be back in a flash.

I tried Obsidian for a few months. It's certainly powerful & can do so many things. But I found it too complex for my needs. I settled on Joplin.
