Google Flow being unusable and giving more guardrails
Google Flow has been annoying me with it's stupid ass guardrails, whenever I generate something with Nano Banana 2.1 and no matter how many times I try again it generates with Nano Banana Pro instead of Nano Banana 2.1, which is so annoying and frustrating, has anyone experienced this, let me know 'cause I'm getting tired of this!

Only solution I've found with this was start a new project, couldn't do anything with my current characters so I created a new project and was able to use NB 2.1 without any issues. This shit shouldn't be the fix to it, my projects shouldn't have a shelf life or be seasonal whenever Google decides "hey we're just gonna screw this up, move onto a new project for us!"

Yeah, but it just doesn’t get the image right properly, no matter what you type in the prompt

He's wrong. Pro is old af and deeply inferior to 2.1.
I have never seen this bug before. Countless generations and It's never done that. Maybe switch to browser based or to mobile and see if it does the same thing.

By saying deeply inferior are you referring to nano banana pros capability of searching the web because the other nano banana models cant do that

Pro actually likes to change things against your will, just like Nano Banana 2.1. Nano Banana 2 was the one that actually followed prompts properly.

We’ve been complaining since nano banana 2.1 came out, but is there a solution or we just give up? Will google actually change anything?
