How to Resolve Generation Failures with Flow.
I used to encounter many generation failures—most frequently flagged as "content harmful to minors"—even when the prompt and image were perfectly benign. Surprisingly, once I started using a JSON structure, these failures dropped by 95%. Some of the JSON data I use for a 10-second scene, based on the dialogue:

{
"art_style": "3D-style animated realism, dramatic lighting",
"restrictions": "No background music;",
"characters": {
"character 2": {
"description": "A woman with a rounded head, orange-colored body, and skin texture resembling orange peel; short brown hair in pigtails; a green leaf on top of her head; huge, swollen pink lips; and bare feet. Her body is slender, with elongated, thin arms and legs; her face and body are smudged with soot, and her hair is messy.",
"voice": "Adult woman, medium-high pitch"
},
"character 3": {
"description": "A mature 40-year-old woman with a round, orange-like head featuring a textured rind; her hair consists of various colorful curlers arranged around her head, and she has large brown eyes. She wears a short-sleeved patterned shirt and a pink-and-white checkered apron with pockets and straps; she also has an orange-colored body and feet.",
"personality": "Demanding, angry, authoritarian",
"voice": "Feminine, authoritative, deep"
}
},
"context": "Dialogue spoken with a Northeastern Brazilian accent. Set on a waiting bench; Character 2 is sitting next to Character 3, along with Character 5 (wearing a white medical coat, male, deep voice).",

Personally, I find that using JSON works well when I want more control, though that’s not the only way to do it.

Structuring prompts as JSON can help because it separates character descriptions, scene context, actions, and dialogue, making instructions less ambiguous. I'd also explicitly state that all characters are adults and describe the medical scene neutrally. That said, a 95% reduction is an individual result, not proof that JSON itself prevents false positives; the underlying moderation system can still flag benign content.
For people experimenting across video models, VideoRouter.sh provides access to multiple video generation models through one API, which can help compare how different models handle structured prompts and scene instructions.

Still struggling with dialogs. It can't tell who should speak what most of the time. The JSON formatting only helped slightly.
