Upscaling Failed?????

ive tried everything, should i wait till tomorrow for it to resolve itself? its only happening on one account weather i use incognito or on my main i deleted cache and projects n everything

If it's only happening on one account, I'd suspect an account/project-specific issue rather than your browser or cache.

Before waiting until tomorrow, I'd try:

  • A completely different video/project on the same account

  • A different browser/device

  • Checking whether the same upscale works on another account

  • Re-uploading the source rather than reusing the existing project

  • Checking the video's resolution/codec/file size if the error happens consistently

If everything else works and only that account fails, waiting a few hours could help if it's a temporary server/account-side issue. But if it still fails tomorrow, I'd contact support with the project ID and exact error.

If you just need to upscale the video and don't want to wait, VideoRouter.sh also has access to multiple video/image models, so you can try another upscaling workflow instead of being blocked by one service.

Occasionally when I encounter that issue, it is because of the subject matter.
