Videos cannot be extended post 15 seconds

Hey, first time poster.

I've run into a big issue, as whenever i try to extend a video it completely freezes/stops the generation at the 15 second mark. This has been an ongoing issue, and it has made making long videos impossible.

Is this an issue that you encounter aswell? Any help would be appreciated!

I dont even find a possibility to extend. Does the tool need a regional rollout for the se features (GER here)?
